View of the village of Tampahan with background Lake Toba
The village is located in the hilly regions of Tampahan and steep towards the Lake Toba, conditions: cool-tend to be cold all night. This region was inhabited by generally marga Sitombuk Simanjuntak.
From here also my family comes from. Our first grandfather live in the village and stil lhave a House there. We currently have descendants scattered in various places even up to Java.
From the House of grandfather views over Lake Toba is amazing, as seen in the photo below. a vast rice field looks up to the edge of the Lake.
